I have simple a white room in my home lit with natural light and decorated with minimal neutral furnishings to bring a timeless heartfelt + authentic feel to your images. This space is small + cozy but it works and allows us to create simple but beautiful timeless images is a neutral space if you feel like your home is not suitable or you just prefer not to have your session at home.

I have a specialised newborn photographic beanbag allowing us to achieve both individual + family + sibling images. All posing is baby led and very very natural. I also have a stash of beautiful wraps and a small selection of newborn pieces that you are welcome to use for your session.

Taking light ✨ in account most sessions start around 10 / 10.30am. We have a lovely cafe around the corner if you would like to grab a delicious coffee before you arrive or if during the session toddlers need a break then Dad’s often take them for a work to grab a treat and we can create some bub only or Mum + Bub shots. Most siblings return eager to see what we have been up to and get back involved.

Q: When is the best time to have your session ? As my style is very relaxed - age is not super important. Traditional newborn photography suggests bubs should be 10 days old or less - this is because at this age bubbas are still very sleepy and curled up and allows for the more curled up poses for baskets and bowls etc. As my style is very relaxed and more 'baby led' posing age is not so important - it's more important that you have recovered from the birth and are feeling well yourself. In saying that a lot of my clients choose to have their sessions around 7-14 days. In which case we can just 'pencil in' a date post your due date then you can just let me know when bubs arrives or if there are any changes on your due date and am always accommodation to move things around

Q: When is too old for a Newborn session ? Bubbas are never too old I have beautifully captured babies from birth to 6 or 10 weeks and beyond so if you have left it too late please don’t think you have missed your window. Sure if bubbas are older we might not get sleepy curled up shots BUT its more important that your memories are captured and we can create beautiful images at any age
